Any Cow Elk Problems in Wyoming???

I am looking for a place that would allow me to come and shoot a cow on a type 6 or 7 tag in Wyoming. I already have at least 5 weeks hunting scheduled so I don't have a bunch of time I would just like to put a cow in the freezer. I am not looking for someone who wants paid, just someone who would like a cow taken off their place. Please let me know what you have and what area to apply for. Thanks in advance

Aren't the Wyoming draws already done?

Leftover tags perhaps? I dunno, only hunt there every few years and seems like as a non resident I had to get my elk applications in as early as January for the draw.
