Cow elk in unit 61 Wyoming

I have a question regarding Cow elk for Unit 61 type 6..
Are the HMA's Greybull, Carter Mountain and Pitchfork Ranch a good bet for someone who hasn't hunted these areas before...
Or would a better choice be to try and obtain a outfitter service for a 3 day hunt..
I know that Bob Sundeen comes highly rated...any other options or thoughts
I have taken several elk in Colorado.. Not sure of best options for 61

Don't waste your money on an outfitter. You can get one pretty easily on an HMA.
