Ancient old Davidson Mark 245 spotting scope

Howdy!
Has anyone ever heard of one of these old spotting scopes? It was made in Los Angeles, California. It has several eyepieces attached to the inside of the objective lens cover. The tripod looks like it was made for benchrest use. It has seemingly very good optics; it's crystal clear. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
