A Question About…..

I think that it's a "collet" type bullet puller that screws into the top of a press. The collet gripping the bullet, while the loaded cartridge while being held by the shell holder, uses the press to extract the bullet from the case!

I'm certain that some if not many know what it is!

I may be wrong, in which case ……it is the first time in about 10 minutes! memtb
