7mm Ultra freebore

Can anyone tell me what the standard freebore is on the 7mm RUM? I purchased a PTG reamer and it has .400 freebore. I can set a 168 berger in a resized case carefully close the bolt and not push the bullet into the lands or in the case. Do I have to order a reamer with a shorter throat or do different makers have diff. specs? Thanks

Frank, Send the reamer back to Dave for a match regrind, and spec out your neck diameter .003"-.004" over loaded neck dia. with a lead dia. of .2845". Then give him a free-bore or lead length that will work with what your doing. If your measuring a dummie round, from case neck to end of bearing surface, minus about .040". 1-30 taper or less.
