7mm Practical

Does anyone know of a barrel maker or a smith that has a 7mm Practical reamer? I would like to have my 300 win Howa fitted with a practical barrel. I was going to buy a reamer but its hard to justify that cost to build 1 rifle. I know someone has had one built somewhere. There must be a lonely reamer setting in a drawer begging to cut another barrel. If anyone has a lead on one please let me know. Thank you.

The practical is pretty much on par with the 7mm Weatherby. It would be nice to not have to form cases.

The 7mm weatherby was my 2nd choice in this build. I really dont mind forming brass and with this rifle it would be a simple task. The caliber was designed to be neck sized and no need for full length sizing. I guess if i cant find anyone with a reamer i will probably go to the weatherby. Can 7mm weatherby cases be made from 300 win mag cases? I have a large quantity of them.

Just do a standard 7-300wm if you can't get a practical reamer since you have a bunch of 300wm brass. It's about as easy as you'll get to form.

Just dragging this back up to see if anyone knows of anyone who has a Practical reamer or if anyone would like to do a group buy on one to have a some rifles built?
