Looking for 7mm mag. loads. I have a Tikka 3 Lite, using 70.5 grs. of H1000 with CCI Mag primers getting 2900 ft.per/sec . I heard that IMR 8133 and Retumbo is also very good however cannot find either.

If I were looking for a 7 RM load, I'd give the Berger 180 hybrids a try. They work stellar in my 7 RM Sendero

Or check out those Fed Premium 160 Accubonds that Nuube has for sale, I did reloads with the 160 Accubonds and they shot great in it and 3 other 7 RM's of family and friends I reloaded for. Never know, might get a great factory round that your rifle loves, unless there is just more joy in reloading, which I'm guilty of.

I'm similar to you. Tikka t3 superlight 7mm rem mag
72.5gr H1000 3150fps
Federal magnum primers
150gr TTSX
ADG brass
I've tried a fair bit of powder and this was what the gun likes.

I had some commercial Mauser actions, Whitworth and Interarms, which I used to make 7mm Rem. Mags for hunting rifles. The barrels I used were 1:9" or 1:8.5" twist rates. My basic hunting loads were the 140 gr. and 150 gr. Nosler Partition bullets over Re-25 or 26 when I had it. The 24" barrels were excellent for woods ranges as well as some slightly further out there to 500+ yards.

Then I found a 7x61 Sharpe & Hart made in Denmark and I switched to using it. Unfortunately the twist rate 1:10 which limits several of the newer, longer, higher BC bullets. But I had a Defiance Deviant in my stock pile so I used that and a another 24" barrel but with a 1:7" twist for a longer Badlands bullet. Before that though I was and am using the 166 gr. A-TIP for most hunting. Re-25 got me up to 2950-3000 fps on a still moderate pressure load. The 160 gr. Badlands needs the 1:7" twist to stabilize and make use of all of the BC.

Your title reminds me of those old "Collect Call" commercials where the guy puts his whole message in where you record your name..
Call from:
"This is Bill wife had her baby come to hospital"

Why such a heavy bullet? One of the great advantages of monometal bullets such as the Barnes is the ability to still get terrific penetration with a lighter, faster bullet. Adding to the hydraulic overload effect at the same time. My go to loads for various 7mm Remington Magmum rifles and a wonderful old 7mm Mashburn utilized various itinerations of the Barnes bullets (X, XLC blue coats, TSX and TTSX) in 120gr weight. I have punched them through a large Roosevelt elk bull, bears and various African plains game with perfect performance. For ranges of 500 yards and under these work pretty terrific. Heaviest I would consider would be one of the newer LRX bullets but not over 150gr. The big 7 made its bones with 139gr bullets and did exceedingly well.

Because it shoots so much better than any other bullet. I tried over 32 years to get "the load" for that rifle. It shoots everything else "goodish" but not sub-MOA. Fully aware of mono-metal bullets and tried them. Rifle don't like 150 gr bullets. 2960 plus better BC = longer legs too. FYI, I load 46 different calibers so always playing with new toys. OP asked for my pet load, so I gave it to him:)

I shoot everything from 130gr Speer Hotcor through 175gr Nosler ABLR using RL19, RL22, RL23, RL26.

150gr ABLR over RL23 produced 1.5" group of 3 at 600 yards.
2.5" with 168gr Berger VLD over RL26.

Best load or wife's 7 Rem Mag:
160 gr Federal Trophy Bonded Bullet

68 grs. Reloader 25
Fed 215 Primer
Lapua Brass

comes in at 2960, one ragged hole at 100 yds and SD of 7
Thank You
