70 grain Accubond Experience?

I just picked up a fast twist Tikka in 22-250. Does anyone have experience with this bullet or suggested loads? Intended use is coyotes/chucks and occasional doe management. Will they expand quick enough for song dogs and chucks? Any experience on deer?
