7-300 win mag/180 eldm

Have a 28" stainless Bartlein 9 twist and a bunch of H1000 and Retumbo. Was shooting the 162 AMAX with 75.5g H1000 at 3175fps in nosler brass/cci250/.005" off the lands, but am going to try the 180 Eldms. Where are people finding the sweet spot velocity wise with 180s and a 28" bbl?? Also, where do the Eldms like to be seated? Was thinking of trying 6.5guys method of quick load work up and see how it goes. Just curious what everyone else is doing that may save some time, money, and components. Thanks.

I actually use reloader 26 about 71 to 72 grains definitely nothing like she usually gives me between 3030 to 3050 just depends on which gun I'm shooting it in .
One gun has 26 inch barrel the other has 28. I hope this helps
