Are you running your 6mm AI 444 as a Howell 444 Rimless or just working off the original factory-rimmed case? How many forming dies does it take to get to .243/6mm? Any velocity numbers and bullet weights? What action are you using? Sound interesting. Cheers

So you can bring it down to 6mm in one pass? Are you getting any neck spitting in the fireforming? How about your neck thickness, are there any problems with that? Are you annealing the finished case(s)? Cheers

Very interesting. Never heard of it either. That's a huge reduction. I'd think neck turning would be in order. Sorry, no help otherwise.
