Ok after getting a good estimate of where to begin going through the range of min and max manual charges, this outing was focused on the 95 gr Berger VLD Hunting bullet and 28-29 gr of CFE223 I loaded up 5 rounds each of the following and their respective group size (5 shots)**;
28.3 gr - 1"
28.6 gr - 7/8"
28.9 gr - 5/8"
29.2 gr - 7/8"

All these rounds were loaded to a length of 2.715" using the Hornady LockNLoad gauge. I now have 5 rounds each of the 28.9 gr charge loaded up at the 2.715", 2.710", 2.705", 2.700", and 2.695". Longest is .005" off lands and shortest .025" off lands. I should find a "happy place" in there somewhere.
We'll see what the results are hopefully early next week. Will have to go early to beat the heat.

** Today was about 70* and wind was 15-20 mph almost at my back but consistent.
