6.5x55 build

My son has a 6.5 Swede Mauser 96 that is rebarreled at 23" and everything he points it at falls over. He has also had great luck with the 140 A-max, it also works very well in my 6.5x284. Every time I meet someone who does not think the Swede is powerful enough they never seem to have shot one...Funny how that works.

My particular rifle, Remmy 700 Classic, likes 4831sc and I'm loading 140 gr. Amax bullets 2.500" to the ogive.

i'll try some 4831sc also i've got some 4350 with some 140 gr bergers. the length i ?'s because it show 3.150 as oal i'll see .thanks
