I'm breaking in/load developing for 140gr class of bullets. My rifle has a 28" Bartlein 8tw, lapua brass. Ran ladders w/Retumbo & imr4831. I realize ever barrel/rifle is different but what general velocity range could I reasonably achieve with this? The imr4831 gave me 3162 w 55gr with consistent predictable velocity and the retumbo yielded 3072 w 58 gr but was all over the place with velocity. Any helpful input is appreciated.
