Need some Bullet "Expansion" & quick, Kill's ??

130 TMKs will WRECK coyotes!
5250; when you look at the design of the 135 grain Berger bullets the meplat of them is designed pretty small and pointed so that on a thin coyote without hitting dense bone structures it probably is passing through before it does have a chance to open up. They are designed for game hunting but with the smaller size of coyotes, fox and bobcats the design of them being for accuracy, less drag and wind drift doesn't lend itself to rapid expansion on thin skinned non dense animals. Berger states that on game animals they will penetrate 2-3 inches before they start to open and mushroom, where the blood is on the pictured coyote is only about 2-3 inches thick. While fine hunting bullets they weren't truly designed for predator hunting.
Several bullet manufactures make 6.5 caliber bullets specifically for varmint hunting. Sierra 100 gr. hp, Speer 90 gr. TNT hp, Nosler 90 gr. Varmageddon, Hornaday 95gr. V-MAX are a few. Personally, I preferer Sierra bullets in my firearms they seem to be the most accurate and open up the best on predators like coyote, fox and bobcats, but that's just me.

There in lies the issue. I have 95 vmax and 90 varmegedon. Can't find prc load data for those and I wanted a bullet with substantial bc. The 95 is .36, the 135 is .58. I can calculate the range fairly easily, doping wind in the dark is another matter.
Have you looked at XXL reloading.com for Hornaday load data but if you want high bc bullets in that cartridge you might have to settle for under par performance and not use a bullet designed for varmints and try to hit them in a different location, such as a shoulder or in the chest facing head-on.
123s at 3k plus are NASTY on coyotes…

Not a reloader, but I have had good results with factory loaded 127gr Barnes LRX in a CM. Looks like Barnes loads the PRC with the same bullet.

Try the 100gr ELD-VT. A friend uses them in the 6.5 Creed for his thermal hunting and they don't run off.
I have killed a few with the 147 ELDM out of my PRC while deer hunting and they have all dropped. I don't think they fully expand, but they do the job.

I am not a 6.5 anything shooter but if you can load the appropriate weight Sierra bullet, in my experience, they are deadly accurate with incredible terminal performance.

I have shot 2 with berger 168 classic hunter from a 300WSM 1 ran aways she was @100 yrds the second was @ 25 yrds facing me It to a front leg off yote not recovered the first one it burned thru. yet excellent on deer they generally drop
