I got a notification from Midway yesterday morning (1/4) that 6.5PRC brass was in stock. I saw the e-mail pop up, clicked 'add to cart' from e-mailed link, submitted my order and went back to the item with the 'continue shopping' button and yep, out of stock, no back-order. You don't have to be good if your lucky, and boy was I lucky.
