6.5 Grendel

Having experience with the 308, Grendel and 224 valkyrie I developed a preference for the Valkyrie for accuracy at distances where the grendel failed to live up to it's hype. The 6.8SPC case gets more performance out of same powder charge it seemed to me, but then I'm no expert.

I have a Grendel i load the 120gr Nosler and Accurate 2520 and I have dropped some fairly large hogs out past 250 yds, most DRT. Longest shot was black buck doe at 320 yds held over 6" (my guess) landed in the vitals she ran maybe 10 yds. All the hogs are neck shots. It's great little cartridge, I've taken 9 whitetail most shots are 100 to 150 yds shot em all in the head. The most accurate rifle I own, I know what's going to happen when I squeeze the trigger.
