6.5 Berger 130 AR

I use it in 6.5 Grendel and 6.5/06. I’ve taken white tail deer and feral hog with it. Closest to zero load tuning I’ve ever had. Seated to magazine length and shot a ladder. IMR 8208 XBR in the Grendel yields 2,400fps. H4831sc in the 06 yields 3,000 fps. I like that I usually get a golf ball size exit wound with heavy blood and short trails.

Here are a few animals we have taken with the 6.5mm 130 OTM (or AR Hyb) from my daughter's 6.5SLR. MV 2901 or 2925 suppressed. All one shot kills. Except for my pronghorn (which was on a dead run when I shot it), all dropped at the shot.
