A friend of mine wants a can for his new 45-70. Anybody try this.

It's on the To Do List for my 1895 GBL. Rugged confirmed their Obsidian 45 will handle subsonic 45/70 loads from the 18" barrel.

Just have to find a good smith who can thread and cut back the magazine tube.
