40 Yard Black Bear

Kyle shot this black bear at 40 yards with a 7 SAUM and the 169 Hammer Hunter at 3012 FPS. The bear dropped, the guide told Dallas to shoot again. It crawled 5 yards and Dallas sent a security round. Congratulations and thanks for sharing your hunt.

It is unreal how little muzzle rise and recoil that thing appears to have given it's a magnum.

Crazy rig, doesn't look like a short-range rig, but gets it done nonetheless.

I'll second that comment about the lack of muzzle rise. Quite impressive.
