It is my impression that this bullet is discontinued it also has a poor bc. I have .75 moa accuracy with the .375 250 gr ttsx at 2850fps out of a stainless Winchester model 70. This bullet has a bc. of .425ish which is not great but will do for medium long range in my opinion.
By 300 yards my 300wm shooting a berger 215 at a mere 2850fps MV surpasses the 375 h&h 250 ttsx in energy.
