Please excuse my thick headedness; that is a 1 in 12 starting twist rate and ending in a 1 in 7.25 rate?

If I understoood that correctly my next question is; are you able to shoot jacketed bullets, like the 350 SMK?

Yep starts 1-12 & exits 1-7.25.

The Jackets on the 350 SMK would really struggle with that twist, they are much better suited to 1-12 to 1-10 standard twists.

They would most likely copper up the bore something shocking.
