340 WBY BRASS SELECTION

MY first choice would be to buy Nosler brass, then Norma,, but they don't exist at the moment, and who knows when.. This will be used in a long range rifle, so quality is important. Is Weatherby brass ,(made by Norma ?) a wise choice, or just wait until my other picks become available ???

I would use norma or weatherby which is made by norma before nosler but you have to use what you can get neck up some 300 weatherby if you have to

All of what JMW said! I have both and prefer the Norma. You could reform 375 H&H, but that's a lot more work.

When I had mine, I would fireform H&H brass. I preferred Winchester brand cuz it's as hard as a cats head, but Remington is good brass also.
For my other Weatherby offerings, I use Norma, it's cheaper and identical to the Weatherby stamped brass.
Necking up 300Bee brass works, but the necks do thin a bit.
