This one is finally finished .
Remington action trued, timney trigger , B&C A5 adj. Nightforce 55 moa base , two sets of Vortex Precision rings , vortex bubble level .
Vortex Razor 5 x 20 x50 mil.
Kreiger 30 " plus brake 1/10 twist
Harris Bi pod . Seems to like the 300 gr Bergers OTM and H-1000 at 2849 fps.

338 Edge... 30 inch broughton barrel. trigger tech trigger. 4 inch wyatts, nightforce scope and rings, ...Action has been worked over...This one is pretty heavy... I haven't weight it yet.... Still doing load work up but this was best so far with my worn out 5-8 shot brass from my old Edges.... Going to get ADG and finish load work up.... Load is 300 grain berger, 101.8gr RL 33 fed215m, OAL 3,928, 3.077 to ogive...Right around 2950fps....

I shot my old edge to 3048 fps with reloader 33..Over pressure and hard on brass. This was just to test the limits .. I settled with that one at 2980fps ... almost same reloading specs as this one. Except a bit more powder.. I had a load that was 102.5 gr of reloader 33 at 3008fps... That shot well... I dropped it back just a bit so I wasn't running on the ragged edge of pressure to help with any temperature spikes. I didn't try to map the temperature stability of rl 33... .In all 3 of my 338 Edges 2950-2980fps was doable without any pressure issues do to weather... I shot them from high 90 degrees to -10...

Here is mine finally!! Just got the stock today, not even bedded yet, just put together to weigh and take pictures.
.338 Norma Mag
Lilja 24" spiral fluted #5 barrel 9 twist w/5/8×24 threading, 1" shank in front of .25" recoil lug.
MBM 5 port Beast TI brake, tapered to muzzle contour.
Trued left hand Remington 700 action, fluted bolt by LRI.
Wyatt's extended (3.850") center feed mag box, holds 2+1.
Manners EH-1 in Arctic molded camo.
PTG BDL aluminum bottom metal.
DNZ custom ordered silver 1 piece 4 screw mount, 21.5 MOA cant.
March 2.5-25 temporarily, on loan from a good friend. Will likely end up with a Sightron SIII 6-24x50.
No trigger yet, will be a trigger tech special.
Weight minus bedding and pillars is 9.1 lbs with this scope.
Not gonna hotrod this thing due to the action, gonne shoot HBN coated 300 Bergers just under 2700 or so using VV-N570 as long as it likes it, and also gonna try out the Hammer Hunter 285's, not sure how fast I should go on those. According to quick load, a 300 Berger at 2617 is 55,000 psi using vv n570, and under the 63,000 max rating at 2700, so well under cip pressure for this cartridge, plus I'll be HBN coating so that should help a small amount.

Nice to see all these stellar 338 builds.
It is amazing the accuracy that one can get from these beasts with top shelf components and custom handloads.
I have a edge and had a Lapua. Both will shoot 1/4 MOA @ 100. Going build 338NM IMP after the first of the year.
Recently tried the 260 grain hammer Hunter in my edge. One hole accuracy and massive terminal damage.
This is my 338 edge. 11lbs with scope.
It is for sale.
