300 Win Mag Load Development

I just had a custom rifle built and I'm working with a friend on load development. I'd like to see what others have been doing for starting loads with the following components:
Proof Research 24" carbon fiber barrel, Sendero contour and 1/10 twist
Defiance Machine Anti Action Large Mag Bolt Face
MPA BA Ultralite Chassis
Thuderbeast CB Break

I am using:
ADB Brass
CCI Large Magnum Primers
VIHTAVUORI N550
Hornady ELD-X 200gr Bullets

I also have access to
VIHTAVUORI N560 and N565

Running 565 in my 300 PRC. Pushing a 199 HH at 3000 fps with 75.5 gr. Good SD.
