I generally don't defend High prices. But 300 RUM brass Is being sold for $ 2.40 a piece.
Check out cabelas and 3rd gen. The brass has doubled in price over the last year. Which has caused me to think about selling my RUM. Or step up to the 338 lapua for close to the same price in brass. Even the 26 nosler is being sold for 67$ for 25 pieces.

I don't agree with it still.
Sold a bunch to guys in my area for a 1.00 each.
When the supply vs. demand evens out I can resupply.

No nosler brass is worth that price. Unless your desperate.

I agree no nosler is worth 2.40$ a piece.
I won't be buying any at this price either. Yes I remember what the price of the 50ct box was, and it wasn't 2.40 a piece. But now that its switched to a 25 ct box. I have a hard time believing the price will go lower unless it sits on the shelves for a couple of years.

Though out of stock, $2.26 at Midway by 25s . R-P is $1.67 by 20s and $1.21 by the 100s. 26-Nosler is $2.24 in 25s at Midway.

I have plenty but only enough to last the life of the barrels.

Nosler for target
R-P for hunting
Norma for 338/300RUM

That's just so it's easy to tell apart.

Umm, I wouldn't want to say anyone was trying to make a profit on panic but $650/250 = $2.6 each a %15 premium over Midways price. Oh well.

I too watched this for many weeks and was told by Powder Valley that Nosler did in fact begin packaging in 25 count boxes and raised their price significantly when the packaging changed.
I took my chances and passed on the brass at Powder Valley and now see that they are sold out at $2.42 per piece($60.74/25 count) to which I regret doing.
I believe I saw someone on this forum post they have a "mole" on the inside and that Remington has no plans to get any on the market cause of the demand for other loaded ammo is still the focus currently, but if he heard differently, he would post an update?
Having said that, I am now having to travel north, to buy a large lot, luckily, of Nosler 300 RUM brass at a slightly cheaper price than what Powder Valley was selling the brass at.
So the OP is about right in line price wise, it sucks, and really doesn't matter if you and or I agree with it.

It I wasn't already setup, I'd go for that price.

I wish you well.
