300 PRC load info

I just got a 300 PRC and have a lot of 375 Ruger brass. I tried running the 375 brass thru Hornady 300 PRC dies. The re-sized brass will not chamber. Any suggestions? Thanks

yes, I used 375 brass for years for my 300 version.
you will need to turn the necks probably and also check the oal which needs to be under 2.585"

The Carbon Fibre Barrel is a Hells Canyon Armoury barrel which is a CF wrapped Benchmark Barrel, Both 300 PRC builds are Kimber Montana 8400 (300winmag donors) built by my gunsmith Gary Flach, mag boxes were lengthened to 3.75", the Montana stocks were altered to accept the heavier contour barrels and were reinforced with Kevlar Polyester

Im just away at work so don't recall the overall length of the Berger bullets but I loaded them 20 thou off the Lands, I'll stay at 76.0grs of R26 as it was very accurate in both rifles.

Back out this AM, 623 yards
Small ladder with. H1000, 215 primer and 215 hybrid at .030 jump.

Shot three over the magnetospeed to get started.
78...2910
79...2944
80...3004

Then shot from78-80 in .5 increments. About 3-5 minutes between shots the barrel stayed cool.

Still no pressure signs on any loads.

Went back out this AM again
5 rounds each at
79.2
79.5
79.8

Fired three shot groups at 623 yards then let barrel cool for about 1/2 hour between groups.
It was 47 degrees and slight left to right wind.
First was 79.2 which was .49 MOA

Then I fired 3 of 79.5 which was .41 MOA.
I was going to be off the paper with 79.8 so I dialed 1 MOA left before firing 3 of 79.8 which was .24 MOA

I had 5 each when I started so I fired the last two of each charge over the magnetospeed.
79.2 was 2958, ES 8
79.5 was 2984, ES 3
79.8 was 3003, ES 0

So I have two nodes, 77.5-78 at about 2900 FPS and 79.5-80 at about 2990 FPS.
