30-338 Lapua - Necking down 338 to 30cal

I need a bit of help sourcing the dies for necking down .338 Lapua case necks to .30cal.

I've been following the guide on 6mmbr Loading for the 30-338 Lapua

It's the Hornady die in step one that I'm confued over...Is it this die without the expander mandrel in?

Can't help you out with the die in question but I can tell you what I do.

I neck 338 Lapua cases down to use in my 7mm AM and I use a Redding 338 Lapua Competition-Bushing neck sizing die and take it down in 4 steps with increasingly smaller neck bushings and have never lost a case or even slightly done any damage to necks doing it this way.
