My 7RM is the same.I'm 5.0 grains over max with no pressure signs. Runing180gn Berger Hybrids from a 24" Proof with Shaun Carlocks +P chamber. Getting an avg of 2996 with 69.5 gns of H4831SC. Max is listed at 64.5 gns.

...there both great cartridges and honestly NO animals vitals will ever know the difference of 100fps...just use a great bullet and do your part.
