260 AR reloading

I have 260 rem on an AR platform with a 20 inch barrel and it is mag fed. I need help with some loads for it, I'm looking for a high BC and it to be able to easily punch out to 1000 yrds. I would like to keep it at or above 2800 fps. Right now I'm mainly looking at bergers new 130 gr. I've seen a lot of good thing about H4350 and RL 17 for those round? And for brass I have nickel plated remmington brass. Thoughts, suggestions, and opinions please
