25 saum load data

Look at Hammer Hunter Load Data and Absolute Hammer Load Data on this Forum. There's data for similar cartridges that may help you get started.

With no guidance for bullet weight or whether for hunting or target shooting, this question covers a fairly substantial piece of acreage.

Generally speaking, the RSAUM cases could be made to work with H-1000 if nothing else. It was a standard powder load for the 6.5 GAP 4S when it first came out. It works quite well for the .25 SAUM when I was shooting the Blackjack (still unavailable:mad:) and now for the Berger 133/135. I don't shoot any lighter bullets so the other powders I've tested are:

Re-25
Ramshot Magnum
VVN-565

Of these I like the Re-25 the best.

Enjoy the process!

After being put on the back burner for a few years. My 25 saum build is at the smith now. I'm going to run a 9 tw at 28". I am planning on trying retumbo with the 115 burgers. It works really good in my 25-06s with the 115s.

How did these saum builds work out?

Just got mine and planning to run 134 eld m
