.243 VLD Bullet ?

Do these bullets like alot of land engagment... I tested 95gr. Bergers and 105gr. A-Max bullets and I finally got the Bergers to shoot well, but basically I'm seating the bullet using the bolt for the last few thousands to get them to shoot well. The A-max is still not perfect, but I want to make sure this seating depth thing is correct before I make too many changes (Different Powder,Primers etc)

Good morning I am using Bergers VLD and I am seating it into the lans 10 thousandths. I talked to Shawn at Berger and he said the same thing VLDs shoot the best jammed into the lans. I have also heard the same thing from other shooters using them. Hopes this helps.
