Heres the 300 yard group testing with 53.5g RL26 at 3250fps, bullets seated from .005" off to .030" off. Its down to 2.25" at 300 yards with the classic 2 and 1 out. Gonna try a few more depths seated deeper and see if it cant tighten up a bit more. I'd like to see it around the 1.5" mark or 1/2 MOA. Could also try the CCI250 and see if it makes any noticable difference from the WLR. Also blew a primer out at 55.7g during the previous ladder test. No noticable pressure signs other than velocity at 55.4 or 55.1 Surprised me a bit and ruined a $2 case. Bolt lift was also quite stiff on this one...75 denotes the .005" load and 50 was .030" off, which shot the best.

I've been reloading for my 240 for awhile and shoot the 103eldx with RL 25.....my problem is I am getting case.head separation after 3 firings..... what do you do to prolong your brass....neck size?

I'm going to try RL 26 see if I can gain some speed....only get 3200 with a 103 w/ a 26" 8.25twist. I'd like to get 3300.
Been shooting the factory, cheaper Norma factory ammo and shoots sub 1/2 MOA...if it had a better bullet I'd stick with it.

RL26 will definitely get you the speed you're after. 3300 is easily doable in the 26" tube. I ran mine up to 3350fps before it started getting a bit to warm. 3250fps from a 24" tube isnt too bad and where the accuracy was anyway for me. No deer or coyote is going to know the differnece of 50-100fps... Here is some quickload info for the 105s. You can probably add 50-75fps on those numbers with your 26" tube. These are MAX charges, so work up carefully. I popped a primer at 55.7g RL26 with mine, so like I said, these numbers are about absolute max. I'm currently loading 53.5g for 3250fps at 1/2 MOA. 55g is about as high as I would go in my rifle at 3350fps, but it didnt shoot that great, so no need to go that high and ruin brass.
