Depends on how you look at it. I and one of my sons was there shooting the 2nd week in Dec. - there was one more group coming in the next week to end the season. They had already surpassed the 2010 reduction and were still building numbers.

Weather this year was much more favorable than the previous but I believe they had quite a few "volunteer employees" this year that either could not pass the shooting profiency test or dropped out for physical reasons.

Overall they gave the impression that it was a great year and their reduction goal was well within reach with one more year of culling.
