Will weaver part number 99486 20 moa fit weatherby vanguard long action? Are they interchangeable with 700 Remington? Thanks in advance!

Advertised as NOT interchangable with 700's...dont know if its the proper one for the Vanguard or not

Weaver assured me it was for the vanguard. But my son in law has one at the shop. And it says 700 rem. with no mention of vanguard. About fifty percent say they are interchangeable, and fifty percent say there not. Was hoping someone on here would know for sure.
