Switching over from lead to copper for California. I have a weatherby accumark 7mm rem mag. 1-9.5 twist barrel. Trying to figure a good powder combination for load development. I have RL 19 and 22 and IMR 4350. Been practically impossible to find RL 23 which I've heard is the most temp stable powder. Has anyone used 19 or 22 for the 146gr hammer hunters?

Go to Hammer Hunter Load Data on this Forum. Lots of data there.

Start with the IMR 4350

I've been working with the 143gr Hammer Hunter and 160gr Hammer shocks I've posted a few of my experiments in the reloading section. I got a new chronograph and haven't had a chance to post my results here yet.

I haven't tried IMR 4350 yet. Magnum primers are running low for me

There's a ton of speed left on the table yet
I know. I have my existing hunt load ( 20 rounds ) I would feel better playing with the 7mm if I had another thousand mag primers. Of course, I'm just like many others. I have plenty of Large Rifle ones.

R22 and a 120 of your choice, we've hammered quite a few critters from yotes to elk with 22 and the 120 TTSX
