I would appreciate some load data as well as terminal results regarding this bullet, especially long range. Thanks.

Paul,

I took an antelope at right around 280 yds with a 6.5-284 130 accubond last season.
The shot was high (2/3 up) and considerably behind the shoulder. (A La Best of the West) It was like lightning struck him. Exit was the size of a shot glass.

I'll be looking for deja vu on elk this fall with a 140 Berger VLD @ 3050 fps. (Retumbo)

I use them in my 6.5-06 AI. Muzzle velocity at 3,115 fps average. So far, two deer have dropped in their tracks. One at 163 yds, the other at just over 300 yds. HUGE exit wounds. I've also shot coyotes with them (450-550 yds) with same results, but nothing bigger at longer distances yet. I have always been pleased with their terminal performance. Very reliable hunting bullet.
