1000 Yard Benchrest video

Boyd,

Thank your daughter for me. Now if I only had any idea of what was actually going on!!

A voice over explaining the different rifles, categories, etc. would be really helpful to us 1000 yard competition neophytes!!

Why did some guys seem to fire as fast as they could reload, while others were more relaxed?

Will do.........In the 1000 yard BR game you have 3 types of shooters...Runners(try to get them all off as fast as possible and hope you don't get caught in a condition change)...Pickers(try to read conditions and shoot their shots in the same condition. Some will wait minutes with a round cooking in the chamber for the pick up or let off in the wind)..The 3rd is a PICKER who really wants to be a RUNNER.But are scared to run them in fear they might get caught in a let up or pick up...If you go to the club web sight you can see many pics and see what the rules and reg's are

Thanks Boyd!

I spent about 2 hours on the site, reading and looking at pictures trying to figure it all out!

Looks like great fun!!

I'd like to try a .338 Edge!

i'd give her an "A", but she might have one of those liberal type of teachers who would be shocked at the violence being portrayed!

Buffalo Bob, why don't you take that 7AM up there and rip 10 rounds out of it in 30 seconds? i'll bet you'd win the fastest to the target award!
