I've got a 6x284 with Hart 10 twist BBL . Will this twist shoot the Berger 85gr VLD? Any have a load they suggest?

Yes, it will shoot the 95grn Berger VLD just fine. For reloading, I would try the following powders Reloader 22, H4350, H4831 or VV-N160.
Try this load and components with the 95grn Berger:
1. Lapua Brass
2. 52grns Reloader 22
3. Federal 210M Primers
