Federal Match primers?

I've spent a considerable amount of time and money testing primers, I can say with certainty that two exact same rifles may each prefer a different primer or powder charge, so just because Joe swears his brand are the best and uses 31.4 gr of XXX doesn't make it right for your application.

A little free tid bit that's worth what ya paid, match grade ? That's never been true, we make them match grade by weight sorting the outliers and shooting the bell curve.

I will test both loads and chronograph. That will tell. But in theory, and calculating all the parameters, It should prove correct. "ACHEM'S RAZOR" should prove the theory .

Charts and graphs are nice to have but the target is king.

Nothing wrong with posting here or adding and taking information, just beware of the self-appointed thread police on LRH. Sometimes they make a big deal out of "resurrecting" old threads. For no good reason, really.
On top of that, nothing valuable is offered, for some it doesn't exist to offer, its just a bunch of meaningless chatter.

So please tell me the value of replying directly to someone that has not been on this forum in 10 years AND already had his question answered? How good is advice from someone that doesn't know what year it is? This isn't facebook (yet) thank goodness!

It was a simple heads-up, nothing more.

Some folks may not have been here 10 years ago, and some ideas, thoughts, and technology may have changed since the thread was last responded to!

Sharing information and having a degree of social interaction is some of the positives of this forum! memtb

Australians are far from communists. Their government has gotten out of hand against firearms rights, but they ain't communists. They backed us up during the GWOT days so I think we can tone it down some.
