Is the returned one your original repaired, or a completely new one? ( different color)I weighed my newly built suppressor, and it's now 8.75 ounces. I guess it got beefed up a bit.

Same number of sections, but the welds seem to be a little larger than before.
The lawyer will be able to get you relief from all damages incurred, so if it is the same damages as me, you will get a new/repaired can. Plus lawyer fees.if/when mine blows up, the return will involve a lawyer.
Darker and wider is a hotter weld and more surface area to stickMine came back the same welds are thicker. Also color is darker blue.
That's four not three. lol. Hell I haven't shot mine yet since being repaired. I think I'm going to go right back to the 300 win mag it blew apart on.Numerosity
Commonality
Typicality & Adequacy
All three are clearly displayed in this thread alone.

So they sent you a brand new can? The welds on your new can look like the welds on my can when they sent it back. I shot it on two different 300 Win mags 24" and 26" barrels. It didn't come apart.Didn't need a lawyer, did a little research on SiCo and Consumer Protection…. made a couple calls, and got a very acceptable solution. I'm pretty charming though, so your mileage may vary.

Welds on the new version are definitely beefier, and it weighs .3oz more. I'm happy with the new one (even ran it on the 19" 7WSM to see if it was stout). If/when the original blows, another one of the new version will be an acceptable outcome (provided nothing else is damaged in the rodeo).
Chiiiit ! Show!!!No, they did not send me a new one, and no the original one did not blow up.
