I started out with the Lee funnel years ago and still use it once in a while.

There was a local guy selling the 22 and 6mm Satern funnels so I picked them up. I like the way they are balanced but the 22 version has a little ridge inside that tends to collect powder if I don't watch it.
 
I use the Hornady kit. Haven't had a powder bridge since I started using it. If you load for several calibers it worth the price.

I love the Rcbs matchmaster funnel set. I see Frankford recently made a similar setup.

Maybe I'm missing something, but my now old Hornady spun aluminum funnel works well enough that I'm not seeing any great need to move to anything else.
 
I've got the Hornady premium powder funnel kit. Works great for everything that I reload. One advantage is that it has the same threads as the Area 419 which allows you to use their funnel heads and extended drop tubes.
 
I moved from a Lyman kit to the Area 419 funnel kit - the Area 419 kit is very nice!

I just thought to look up if my old Hornady funnel was still made. It's not. The basic funnel is the same Elkman's suggestion, but mine doesn't have those screw-in bushings, just a reverse cone on the bottom. Mid-South's current price is ~$44. That's still more than I'd have paid (with inflation) since mine came in a kit, but it's a heck of a lot less than most of the other options mentioned in this thread.
