My G20 10mm shoots the Fed FMJ 180's great and switching to Buffalo Bore 220 hard cast ammo was unremarkable. They both cycled well and shot almost the same POA. No changes to the spring was needed. Just that terrible trigger was replaced.

Yeah, it's funny if there are two things about a factory Glock that have to be addressed, it's the trigger and the sights. I ask myself, "Why Glock?" You can fix it. Cheers
Mine also checked good with two different factory ammo brands, no handloads, though.
2 things. Make sure the reloads fit in the breach without any interference. Try a lighter spring.

I didnt watch, is that the "plunk test"?
If you shot the brass in your stock glock barrel you may need to use a "push through/bulge buster" sizing die for your brass to feed correctly in the aftermarket barrel --- then plunk test

I had issues with handloads with my g20c 3rd gen and 6 inch Storm Lake barrel until I got a separate crimp die. I also got a 21lb(?) spring and steel rod. My issue was a little tight in the chamber and the slide wouldn't fully close on the aftermarket barrel, factory barrel was fine. Tried polishing the ramp on the barrel a bit but don't think I removed any material.

If you are going to push pressure and want to save the brass from the factory barrels on most tupperware striker guns you will need to roll size the brass. Fully supported barrels eliminate the need but as the OP has found out aftermarket barrels come with their own issues that need to be addressed. Pick your poison.

I had a Glock 20 that had irregular malfunctions. Usually ammo related. Try some lower powered ammo and see what it does. Mine never liked full power handloads, even after changing out the guide rod and installing a much heavier spring. Slide velocity was just too much.
Make sure you hold your Glock rigidly. Limp writing Glocks is a problem.

If you can limp wrist your Glock and it doesn't cycle you have too much recoil spring in it, bone stock they will cycle fine with a 2 finger grip. It's really THE redeeming quality of an otherwise terrible pistol, they just run. I only have one left and it's sentimental to me.

Alot goes into the process. My daughter had issues with stove pipes with a factory stock Glock. Between limp writing, small stature, and too low grip, feeding was unreliable until she fixed multiple form issues.
