I've had 10 or so myself and been around another 20 or so. What do u want to know..?
 
A 10 twist is a terrible restriction to put on a new build. Morning wrong with a 7mag but I would be using an 8 twist. No down side, lots of up side.
 
..none, take $400 and go buy an el-cheappo deluxe bolt action whatever, lots on the market. In 7mm rm or. 300wm. Your kill area is the size of a beachball and any modern el cheappo can hit that out to 400 yards... plus you don't have to worry about scratching, dents or anything and even a walking stick... save your hard earned money and put the thousands saved towards another trip.

Winchester Model 70 for control round. Have both, prefer the control round feed.
