70 grain what (Berger, etc)? If you want a load recommendation that exactly matches or closely aligns with your expected goal, you need to provide as much pertinent information as possible.

Pretty sure that both Nosler and Sierra have tested load data for the 22/250.

I'll double check, but I'm pretty darn sure I'm using 34/Varget with the 73 Berger in my 22/250 AI

Also, I run 7828SSC and IMR 4007SC with 75's for really good speed, and since I have about 17 lbs of it, I use 4831 in some loads but at lower speed than the 7828SSC

I have a standard 22-250 not an ai so not sure how much difference there is. I tried 8 powders with a fierce and Weatherby rifle. Found the most accurate and fastest was Benchmark with 50gr Vmax. XBR8208 was just slightly behind Benchmark but very close. Both were sub 1/2 MOA loads in both rifles.
 
I am just over 3600 with the 69 eldvt and varget. No pressure signs and shooting little groups, I am not using an Accubond due to the fact that I don't need them for varmint hunting.
