Just a quick positive note on Burris warranty service!

I have a Burris Signature Select 3-12x44 that had the reticle suddenly cant about 15 degrees.
I emailed Burris about it and got a return email the next day with a RMA number, questionnaire to fill out and instructions to mail it to them.
On the questionnaire, I was required to put all of the pertinent information and the purchase receipt of where and when I bought it. I replied that I bought it used from a member on the LRH sight a few years ago. I figured I was screwed at that point but I sent it in anyway.
Well, I got another email Friday stating that they have received the scope and a service technician will inspect soon.
On Monday, I got another email stating that the scope cannot be repaired and that a new Signature HD 3-15x44 will be mailed (with tracking) to me and should be here within a week or two.

Of course I haven't gotten it yet but that was a great warranty experience from another great American scope company.

That is good to hear!
I still have 4 of the Fullfield series scopes that need returned for warranty.
I'll be darned if I know where the receipts are though.
I have a few Fullfield , Signatures and Veracity…maybe 5 or 6 total Burris scopes and this was the only one I ever had a problem with.

Burris is the only optic company I buy from anymore due to their warranty. I had an old muzzle loader scope (20+ years old) that I couldn't get zeroed a couple of seasons ago, upon sending it to their repair center I was notified they no longer had parts for that model. They then offered me a replacement free of charge. That sold me.

I do the same Burris only for me

Great Job Burris !!

Got a lot of Burris scopes.

Never needed the warranty.

But it's nice to know it's worth here.

Since 1992 I've owned no less than 30 Burris scopes. Burris Black DIamond, FFII, FFIV, E1, XTR 1-3, XTR Pro. They all had great FOV over Leupold. I had a simultaneous failure of 3 XTRII scopes that flaked the anodizing off the inside tubes. They fixed them all, and with one that didn't correct, they made good with me offering a pick of anything I wanted for a replacement.

I'm rocking an XTR Pro right now after many years of gun shyness, and so far no flaking! LOL
