What gun did you want that was never made ?

1) Small to medium sized(concealable) semi-auto pistol chambered for 22WMR and/or 17HMR.

2) More a cartridge than a firearm, but a 6.5mm that has more case capacity than a 6.5x55, but less than a 6.5-284, that doesn't use a magnum bolt face, or rebated rim. They do exist sort of. The 6.5x57(necked down 8x57, so it has a short neck) and 6.5AAR(6.5-257Rob AI based on 7x57 so it has a long neck) fit the bill and both have about 62-63gr H2O capacity, but neither caught on, so dies are almost impossible to find, and there certainly aren't any factory rifles currently being manufactured. A slightly more modern case design that is between the two would be great. Limited body taper between a Creedmore and BR, 30 degree shoulder, 57mm case, longer neck than the 8x57, but possibly .050"ish shorter neck than the 7x57 so that you could maintain the 63gr H20 capacity without the short neck of the 8x57 or the 40deg shoulder of the AI. It would be the perfect 6.5mm if you don't mind a medium or long action. I load my 6.5-257AI to a COAL of 3.050", so that's a tall order for S/A. A company could stick with the AI and shorten the neck to get to 2.950" if they thought S/A compatibility was a must.

Bought one also, was accurate. Vibrated every thing attached to it off. How did you keep the tuner on? Mine kept vibrating loose. But it was a shooter.
I put fingernail polish on all screws. It worked for 3500 shots on my 416 rem mag .I put it on those big screws .They make a one piece mount that bridges both scope dovetails. I HAVE shot 1.5 inch groups at 300 yards with mine with a 6x18 power scope and Hornady match 75 gr boat tails and r15 or w 748 .That target model is awesome .

Mine is simple. A Henry AR 7 survival rifle in 22 mag or better yet the 17 WSM, Really good iron sights, Red dot & suppressor ready also. I know the 10 22 is a better option. But I always liked the way the AR 7 stowed away in such a neat little package.
Where do I sign up for one? I'd take 2 easy!

Ruger made a 10/22 22 mag for a very short time, they're $1k-$1200 if you can find one now. Magnum Research and Volquartsen both make a semi-auto 22-Mags that feed w/Ruger magazines.

22 Creed will do what you want regarding 220Swift ++ velocity.
They broke alot and ruger almost recalled them in 22 mag .They use to replace it with your choice of gun .
