Mine still says pending as well. I'm NR. Do they draw residents first?

Not to my knowledge. 10% of the tags are allocated for NonResident applicants. Mine still says pending as well but my credit card was charged.
My card wasn't hit so maybe I'm S.O.L. Had 12 points so my odds weren't that great.
Sometimes it can take a few days and you could get lucky. Someone might have a bad card or something and your number could be next. Your number could also be next if someone uses point guard. There's always a chance later, but they're slimmer if you didn't get your card charged already.

The portal is not a real time link and gets updated periodically. The next update should be the end of next week after the re issue tags for those that had rejected cards.
Dang jackpot there. Y'all be there for a month! Week for Speedgoatz and 2 for Rut Bull Elk.

Great goat! I'm retiring in March so a month and a half. I think August 1st you can start scouting the ranch.

My card got hit Wednesday! Cant wait to see what unit! Either 23 or 7West late rifle.

10% is not ALLOCATED to NR.
10% is the CAP for NR.
Which means in certain hunts, if there are less than 10 tags, no NR will drawn.
But there is no guarantee for any tags to go to NR.

There are a lot of goats off the Bo too. I scouted 9 days off the Bo, and 7 days on the Bo. While I definitely saw more bucks ON the Bo, I found plenty of others off the Bo, including on the Perrin Ranch.
Bring a coyote rifle on your scouting trips. I killed 12 while scouting last year, and probably twice that many that were either too far or too fast to get a shot at. They need a lot of predator control out there.
