Berger 6.5 VLD 130GR

I got a few boxes of 130gr Berger VLD in 6.5 the dies that I have are the Lee ultimate set. When I set mybseatingbdie up it leaves a ring around the tip of the bullet. Anyone have this problem before? Any help will be much appreciated I'm kinda Green but ii know my way around. Thanks

You might try pulling the seating stem and use one of your bullets and a fine lapping compound to polish the contact area.

I don't know what the inside neck diameter is on your brass, but if you'll apply some Dry Imperial lube inside with a Q-tip, it will ease the seating pressure considerably.
