I'm looking at production target/long range rigs in 6.5 prc.

The 2 I'm most intrigued by are the Seekins Havak Bravo and the Christensen Mesa Long Range - looking only at the 6.5 prc.

Does anyone have any experience with either rifle? Want to stay in the $1,500-$2,000 price range.

I haven't been able to find any "real world" reviews on either rifle in this caliber.

I have seen one on the 300 win mag for the Christensen and it was impressive.

Thanks for the help!

I'd handle them both and then decide. I have the Ridgeline in 6.5 PRC and it shoots Sub 1/2 MOA with 140 Elite Hunters at 3080 fps.

I also have one of the first Havaks with the McMillan Game Warden stock in 6.5 Creedmoor. It commonly prints groups in the .2s and 3s.

There's really no bad choice here.

Only issue with the havak bravo, your mag will limit you to 2.95 coal, that's okay with Hornady eld bullets usually as they like to be off the lands, however a lot of other options don't. The Christensen ridgeline/Mesa LR, I believe have a longer mag box of 3.05, from what another owner told me, I personally don't own one.
