I have a 1930 model 99 that needs a front sight. I bought a Marble's 45MR but can't seem to get it to go completely on. The base seems to be a hair bigger than the original. Anyone know where I might find the correct replacement?

You have the correct replacement! These parts are NOT drop-in, and require fitting, sometimes. Having a sight press helps, also. If the rifle is in good shape other wise, take it to a competent gunsmith before it gets messed. Should be a minimal charge, but believe me, after it IS messed-up the cost increases significantly!

I agree with shortgrass. For your information most all replacement dove tail type sights basses are over sized and need just a little filing ON THE SIGHT BLADE BASE to fit. NEVER file the dove tail on the rifle always file the sight base so if you mess up something it is the sight and not the rifle. I have repaired sight blades that were too small to fit in a dovetail that had been filed on using JB Weld Steel compound. Put it on the sight blade and let it cure then file it to fit.
